Thank you for choosing Aaj The Trend for your artistic journey. We strive to provide the best learning experience possible. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before registering for any of our courses, diplomas, or workshops.

1. General Course Enrollments

Once you have enrolled and paid for a course, diploma, or workshop, all sales are final and non-refundable under normal circumstances. We commit resources and secure your spot in a limited-capacity batch immediately upon your enrollment.

2. Cancellations by Aaj The Trend

In the unlikely event that a course or workshop is cancelled by Aaj The Trend (e.g., due to unforeseen circumstances, illness of the instructor, or not meeting the minimum batch size), you will be offered the choice of:

• A full refund of the course fees paid.
• Transfer of your enrollment to the next available batch or an alternative course of equal value.

3. Schedule Changes and Missed Classes

We do not offer refunds for missed classes. If you miss a live session, you may be provided with recorded materials (if available for your specific course) or allowed to attend a makeup session at the instructor's discretion.

If you need to change your batch timing after enrollment, please contact us at least 7 days before the course begins. Batch transfers are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

4. Material Kits (If Applicable)

If your course fee included physical art materials and supplies that have already been shipped or delivered to you, the cost of those materials is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that genuine emergencies happen. If you have an extreme medical emergency that prevents you from attending the course entirely, please reach out to us with supporting documentation. Exceptions to our no-refund policy are made solely at the discretion of the management.

6. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the criteria above, please contact our support team via our Contact Us page. Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
